Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to all recurring subscription purchases made through trymoonridge.com.

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum Subscription Term

Customers who subscribe and receive the 20% discount are committing to a minimum of two (2) monthly billing cycles.
Early cancellations are not permitted before the completion of two full cycles.

The subscription discount is provided in exchange for this commitment. Customers who cancel before completing the two-month minimum may be charged the difference of the original discount or a €10 early termination fee.

2. Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days until canceled after the 2-month minimum period.
You authorize Moonridge to automatically charge your payment method on file for each renewal unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

After the initial two billing cycles, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel:

  • Email our support team at info@trymoonridge.com or

  • Use your customer account portal if available.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Requests submitted after that time will apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed and shipped.
Refusing delivery or returning a product without prior authorization does not guarantee a refund.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.

5. Price and Payment

Subscription prices and discounts are subject to change with prior notice.
If the subscription price changes, you will be notified before your next renewal and may cancel in accordance with Section 3.

6. Early Cancellation and Exceptions

If you wish to cancel before completing the 2-month minimum, an early cancellation fee or discount recovery charge may apply.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of verified medical issues or product-related reactions, at our sole discretion.
